The body, bow, and bell go through an annealing process several times. In the annealing process the metal is first heated
up and then cooled slowly to allow the instrument to be pliable during the shaping process. This also gives the horn a warmer, more even tone.
A master craftsman hand-hammering the bell for superior ring.
The horn is then Hand-Hammered. This is what makes the metal hard and gives the instrument great ring and resonance.
Many manufacturers send the the instrument through a machine to shape it. We do not! Our hand-hammering process makes our metal harder
and rigid for increased durability. This is one reason we have that great Cannonball sound.
