follow. These Big Bell trumpets improve on decades of acoustical knowledge and set the
standard in tone quality and craftsmanship. These trumpets, made in Germany, are carefully
hand-crafted by master trumpet builders and then shipped to the U.S.A. where acoustical experts make
precise adjustments to perfect the tone and intonation.
The medium-large bore creates a flexible, rich, and vibrant tone that fits perfectly into
any setting. The hand-hammered, one piece bell, contributes to a full body of sound creating
enhanced resonance and a feel that is unparalleled in the industry. The bell has been carefully
balanced with the leadpipe for ease of playing.
Monel pistons are used for a continuous, smooth valve action and quick response. These valves also
aid in keeping the valve oil on the valve longer for increased duration of lubrication.
Cannonball has utilized unique bracing and brace placement for optimal resonance. Careful attention
to the receiver weight helps to achieve greater focus, easy slotting, and superior intonation.
The side of the trumpet has a carefully placed semi-precious stone to enhance resonance, playability,
and feel. Patent Pending The stone in conjunction with three beautiful valve button stones
gives the horn a rich, unique look. Three finishes are available: Silver Plated, Retro-Gold Lacquered,
Black Nickel Plated, and Unlacquered (Mad Meg).
