The 779 extra-large bell contributes to a luscious dark sound and huge sound on demand.
Our bracing design and material, patented, also add to the warm, dark sound. Rich and beautiful, this wood has a wonderful feel.
Cannonball® trumpets feature monel piston valves. Monel is a malleable metal alloy that Insures smooth and long lasting action. The metal re-arranges its shape with every stroke to insure a proper, tight fit and alignment with its casing. Monel resists pitting and corrosion so you won't have to have your valves re-plated. The metal also retains the valve oil longer than other leading materials.
Two leadpipes are included: French-taper and Standard. The French Taper pipe give more an "Old School" feel, while the Standard pipe is slightly more open.

Each flugelhorn comes equipped with two professional mouthpieces (French and Standard), mouthpiece brush, cleaning-snake, valve oil, cleaning cloth, slide grease, and a standard hard-shell case.
